Powershell 更新指定语言的help文档

因为本身的操作系统是英文的

可以看到界面CurrentUICulture : en-US为英语

要使用中文的，可以运行如下命令：

Update-Help -UICulture zh-CN

 

等待完成即可。

 

值得注意的是，更新help必须要用run as administrator，即使当前账户为administrator，也要用这个运行，否则可能出现无法更新
